Are you satisfied?

How important is customer service to you?
Well I for one can’t stand bad service and will jump up and down and moan and whinge until I get it – well not quite but it does really bother me so when I read Ingrid Cliff’s blog post it really struck a chord with me.
Why do people put up with bad service?  For me I figure that if they can’t be bothered to raise a smile or even answer my questions then why should I give them my money…. to me customer service is the be all and end all of business which is why I make a big deal at Joliv of my customers and their loyalty.  Customers are after all the life blood and need to be treated as such….. don’t you think?
